Recent work – this last week…

A couple of projects of note completed this last week – hand-painted cost-effective graphics on a refurbished monument sign for the wonderful people at Saint Peter the Apostle Church in Pomona CA.

Then, these etch-look vinyl privacy / safety graphics were installed on large plate glass windows in the Colliers Los Angeles offices.

Here are Colliers logos on the glass wall between the reception area and conference room. This is a good use of etch vinyl simply for safety and a bit of privacy, while helping with branding.

Office display logos and signage – helping you tell your story

Over the years there have been a good number of requests for office / reception area logos and signs. If you want to make a good first impression in visitors to your organization’s offices, there are not many better places to start.

Here are a few examples:

Large facility like universities need to make it clear where various offices are. Here is some of the work we did for California Baptist University in Riverside, CA

A corporate (or branch) office needs to make an impression, of course – like this Colliers International office we provided office signage for in Encino CA.

Medical offices convey the professionalism of their office and services with professionally designed and produced office signage. Here is work we did for Brain and Spine Institute in Irvine CA.

This signage included the ADA door plaque shown to the right of the entry door.

Just one more… a corporate conference room. This was a fun design created by the client – Customfab in Garden Grove CA (a contract manufacturing company) – they wanted to create a bit of privacy for the clear glass doors off the main foyer, so they made a pattern of graphics representing their services. The pattern was cut in etch-look vinyl material leaving the majority of the glass appearing frosted. We also created and applied a vinyl branding band and graphics around the inside of the room.

Recent work – office reception logo

This was a kind of nice break – a small, classy office sign in San Clemente, CA. Just because it’s small does not mean it was simple!

The client wanted a dimensional logo, with red and brushed silver facing. On the logo, the red facing would also have a color gradation. I would need to keep the red color on those pieces matching the red used on the rest of the sign.

The solution was a laser cut project – black 1/2″ acrylic backing pieces, with red acrylic (for a nice, deep, glossy color) and brushed silver engraving material. Both facing colors were laminated to the black backing, then laser cut to match the client’s logo perfectly.

The gradation was created by digitally printing on transparent vinyl. That vinyl was laminated for protection and a deeper gloss finish.

How did it turn out? Here’s the final photo:
